Returns and refunds

 

Returns for exchange are accepted. Returns for refunds are accepted.

 

Exchanges and refunds are accepted under the following conditions:

 

•  Email order@uhurusa.co.za .

• The issue must be reported within a reasonable timeframe of a maximum 10 days from date of purchase.

• Proof of purchase must be provided in the form of a paid invoice (proof of payment).

• The goods must be returned in 14 days from date of purchase at your own expense.

• The goods must be returned in their original condition .

• Refunds will be paid to the bank account you nominate.
